I'm Kareem Kotb, and I began my journey at the age of 17. It all started with something simple: recording videos of myself using my mobile phone. Soon after, I became interested in editing those videos on my own. I had countless questions about how to improve my footage, enhance colors, and create professional-looking videos. Instead of following traditional educational paths, I chose to teach myself video editing through hands-on experience and continuous learning. The journey was far from easy. Every skill I wanted to acquire required extensive research and self-study. I wasn't just learning how to use software—I was exploring every effect, transition, technique, and detail that could help elevate the quality of my work. I first started learning in 2013 and began my professional career in 2019. I was also fortunate to work with some of the earliest AI models that emerged in 2023 and 2024, which opened new creative possibilities and expanded my expertise in the field. Since then, I have worked on more than 3,000 projects across a wide range of disciplines, including product photography, video editing, sound design and recording, artificial intelligence, and cinematic production. As my experience grew, I became the manager of a creative team at one of the leading companies in the Sultanate of Oman. Today, I help businesses and clients present their products and services professionally through compelling visual content, combining artistic vision, creativity, and modern technology. Over the years, I have collaborated with numerous Omani companies and led large-scale projects from initial concept development to full execution.
